Huge disappointment

Having been a long time customer of Mental Case (IOS and Mac) I’m very disspaointed with the new Mental Case 2.
Sync between devices (MAC & IOS) doesn’t work any more.
The ICloud sync switch on my IOS device is greyed out.
Even in case it somehow works, it definitely doesn’t work in a user friendly way.
And the latter is what you pay money for as a client.
